‘Valencia Culinary’ is a haute cuisine festival that takes place around different locations in Valencia city from February 24 to March 8.

This is the fourth edition of this event that seeks to highlight the strength and value of Valencian gastronomy that originates from traditional cuisine (with an emphasis on local vegetables and seafood), but that has clearly evolved through creativity and innovation.

This fifteen day long event counts with the participation many top Valencian chefs and over 30 unique gastronomic proposals and related activities such as four-handed menus (two chefs), tastings, talks, meetings, films, guided tours…
