The gastronomic festival where the best restaurants in Valencia offer special menus takes place from 31 March to 10 April.
At this event over 70 restaurants in the province of Valencia offer special menus at very affordable prices.
The aim is to publicise the quality of Valencian cuisine, making it available to all pockets.
In this 26th edition the flavour will be more local and sustainable than ever, celebrating the excellent range of local and seasonal products.
