The fifth edition of ‘Gastronoma’ takes place in Valencia’s Trade Fair from 10 to 12 November.

This is a fair designed for food lovers with a whole range of activities distributed around 12 areas such as ‘Cocina central’ (showcooking with renowned chefs and cooks), ‘Cooking’ (cooking courses and workshops), ‘Barra Gourmet’ (tapas area), ‘Dquesos’ (cheese tasting), ‘Pan de Verdad’ (the best breads in Spain) or ‘Cervezas Artesanas’ (beer tasting and buying).

During the course of these three days 36 national and international speakers ranging from cooks, head waiterss or sommeliers will not only offer the tasting sessions and workshops mentioned but also give presentations, have round table sessions, offer open debates and much, much more. The speaker’s restaurants have around 50 Repsol ‘soles’ (suns) and almost 40 Michelin stars with chefs such as Quique Dacosta, Joan Roca, Ángel León, Susi Díaz, Ricard Camarena, Kiko Moya or José Andrés at the event.
