Glacial Decoy Exhibition
The exhibition will be open to the public from November 19 to April 18, 2021 at the Instituto Valenciano de Arte Moderno (IVAM).
The exhibition recovers the productive collaboration between the talk artist Robert Rauschenberg and the dancer Trisha Brown for the choreography of Glacial Decoy, for which the artist designed the set, lighting and costumes.
The exhibition includes five works by Robert Rauschenberg from the IVAM Collection. It also includes recordings of the choreography, a projection of six hundred and twenty slides on four screens, photographs, magazines and documentation.
Robert Rauschenberg and dancer Trisha Brown were key figures in the development of post-modern dance, pushing the limits of form and movement.
