“F.C. Camp de Túria” Train Circuit

Visit this miniature railway that is open to the public every Sunday in the Maldonado Municipal Park of Riba-roja de Turia.

Considered by many to be the best 5 inch wide railway in Spain, it was inaugurated in 1989. Since then it has seen many changes such as new stations, locomotives, wagons, sheds and traffic lights.

The locomotives are powered by steam, petrol or batteries, and they pull the wagons in which passengers, both small and large, board for a ride around the circuit.

Passengers begin and end their journey at the station in Turia, which is covered, except for the special trains that leave at 12:00 and 13:00 and begin and end at the station in Terme. The special trains go around the circuit and take a guided tour of workshops and depots.

The trips comply with all the recommended hygiene and safety measures (distances, capacity, cleaning…) and cost EUR 2 for adults and EUR 1 for children aged 1 to 14 years old, this fare covers maintenance expenses.
