Exhibition “Graphic Route. The sound design of València” (Valencia)
The exhibition on the graphic history of the “Ruta del Bakalao” will be open to the public until June 12 at the Institute of Modern Art of Valencia (IVAM).
The exhibition seeks to analyze one of the least known aspects of the club scene generated and developed in the city of Valencia between the eighties and nineties: posters and graphic design.
The exhibition will expose different agents linked to the design process (designers / artists, printers and cultural managers), along with a selection of posters (from nightclubs such as Spook, ACTV, Barraca or Chocolate designed by big names like Mariscal or Paco Roca) and the paradigmatic merchandising of the time.
Timetable
- From Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Fridays, from 10:00 to 21:00.
- Closed on Mondays.
