The winery, which is characterised by always harvesting in the early morning when the grapes are at their freshest, vinifies each of the 11 different varieties that grow on their estate separately and these ferment independently.
“Bodegas Chozas Carrascal” seeks quality in the elaborations and is committed to a wide range of red, rosé and white wines, which are completed with interesting cavas and sweet wines.
Guided tours require prior appointment. The tour begins with a walk through the vineyard where you will be able to appreciate the different varieties of the winery. Afterwards, you will visit the winemaking room, which is of special interest in this winery, as it produces a wide range of wines. After passing through the barrel room, the visit ends with a tasting of three of its wines.
